Motion Controller 2 vs Controller 2

For those of you who fly the Avata with both the Motion Controller 2 AND the Controller 2: What's you take on it? I own Mini 3 Pro and consider myself quite skilled with flying it using the RC. As a photographer traveling the world, it severs me right and is in compliance with my expectations of...

The most annoying part of flying the Avata

I would gladly purchase a new goggles altogether, provided it tackles my concerns. As for size: the current size of the Integra is just about right for me. To put into perspective: The Goggles V2 are a little bit on the bigger size for my preference.

The most annoying part of flying the Avata

OK, So I now know It isn't just my feeling that the isolation imposed when wearing the goggles is somewhat disturbing. I do hope (although find it hard to truly believe) DJI will address this issue. Maybe add some sensors to the goggles and have it indicate someone is at or near you...

The most annoying part of flying the Avata

I don't know about you, but as much as I like flying the Avata, and as much as the FPV experience is so different than using a traditional RC, for me, the most annoying thing is the separation from the environment when putting the goggles on. I don't know who's hanging around near me, maybe...

Country code not updated and distance limitations [RESOLVED]

Gear: DJI Avata. Integra Goggles. Motion 2 controller. Following the latest firmware update, I got an annoying "Country code not updated" message on my screen and in my flight logs. Additionally, my flight distance got limited to 50 meters. I know - the first reaction is "login to your DJI...

    Oops.. NO GPS

I trained myself to understand that. After a while, your brain rewires in a way that it becomes natural. For me today - I'm able to comprehend where the drone is at all times. It's like the heading, distance and height data are compiled in my mind to form a vector, and I just know where to look.

Flying in London - calling experienced pilots

I'll be visiting London next week, and are taking my M3P with me. I've already completed my Flyer ID and Operator ID certifications, so I'm good on that part. Looking at the maps, I see that flying the drone East and South to the Tower bridge is allowed. However, I've seen a Youtube video of...

    Oops.. NO GPS

I was flying my drone in a rather close proximity to the Syrian border, where suddenly, I got this message.. No GPS. Fly with caution. Being that I am familiar with flying in this area, I already expected this to happen, and was ready to take over. As expected, when that happened, the drone...

    WHY?

Valley of fire, NV. But the same goes for Lake Mead, NV, and Horseshoe Bend, AZ.

    WHY?

That picture was taken at the Valley of fire, NV. Believe me: it hurt to leave the drone at the car.

    WHY?

The majority of the national parks and reserves. You simply not allowed, for no good reason. I can understander not flying over wilderness, as to not upset the animals, but why am I not allowed to fly in an amazing locations such as the one in the picture: Valley of fire, in NV? You can park...

    WHY?

I'm on a photographic trip to the USA, with my Mini 3 Pro. Again and again, I see many place where you can't fly drone. Why is this country so non drone friendly?

Is there really a "sideways" flying?

Good point. What about the same question, but considering the drone being a Phantom4 ?

Is there really a "sideways" flying?

I was flying sideways along a quay, taking video. And it got me thinking: Being that this drone is actually a quadcopter with all rotors at the same size and all motors at the same characteristics, is there really a notion of aeronautically sideways? Or should I ask: Other than where the camera...
