I was 10 feet away from mine and 15 feet in the air. My remote didn’t work and the app said disconnected. What do you do then?

I was 10 feet away from my drone and maybe the drone was 15 feet up. I was testing the drone following my daughters and it just completely disconnected from my controller with the iPhone in my neighborhood. It went to return to home mode and of course hit the tree above it. That’s annoying...

Sticks forward it flipped. I immediately let go of the sticks afterwards and it did a full 180 before self correcting.

Even though the app showed the arrow pointing one direction then back the other direction?

I was flying the air in sports mode while gaining altitude. As I’m looking down at the screen the drone feed just started showing the drone was tumbling out of the sky (flips and rolls) and it eventually regained itself (pretty amazing). What happend? I literally had both sticks pushed forward...
