Yes the number was always there but many people myself included found it impossible to read as it was so small, now when you tap the satellite icon you can actually read it!
Just updated my firmware and noticed that when you tap the satellites icon it tells you how many are connected! Is this news or am I just late to the party?
Thanks for all the input on this, I have a question though. The compass seem off on my iPad by quite a lot, I know I’m facing south but Ipad is telling I’m facing east. There doesn’t seem to be a way to manually calibrate it.
Just seen a video where it shows you can hold down the fn button and use the control wheel of the gimbal to zoom in and out. Not tried it yet so will get the MA2 up in the tonight and give it a go.
Is there any way to get the aircraft orientation symbol to work when you are using an iPad that only has Wi-fi/? I flew my MA2 tonight for the first time with my ipad Pro and noticed the symbol flashed red for the whole flight. I connected my iPad to my phone hotspot but this didn’t work either...
Just don’t get why such an important piece of info is so **** small. It’s virtually impossible to read especially if your near sight vision isn’t great. I wish there was a status page which showed all the aircraft info nice and big, white on a black background.
Took the MA2 out today for a flight over an estuary, as you might imagine there were lot of boats there, well over a hundred or so. For the first time ever when flying I got a weak rc signal warning, the aircraft was no more than a few hundred metres away and this happened twice. Also the...
I generally use the batteries after charging within a few days, I only started this thread as I was surprised that the two I had not used were very warm which was a lesson not to store them in the bag . Is there a way to discharge them if I know I’m not going to use them?
I noticed that the two batteries not in the drone that I was storing in my fly more combo bag were really warm when i took them out this morning. Both had been fully charged about a week ago and been stored in the bag since. Anyone else noticed this? The battery in the MA2 was cool, again it has...
I‘ve noticed that the aircraft orientation symbol in the fly app often turns to red and starts flashing when I’m flying. After a while it does come back again but it just seems a bit weird. I’m using an iphone6 and all firmware is up to date. Anyone else have the same issue?
Has anyone noticed the fly app crashing on their phones? It’s now happened twice to me, screen just freezes whilst the MA2 is in flight and I have to press the home button on my iPhone 6s then reopen the app to get it working again.
