Take a breath...step back and do some research. The 107 is really not difficult at all, it is likely that it is just foreign to you. Do some of the free (or not free) online courses, they will explain everything quite well and suddenly the light bulb will go off and you will get it.

I leave them on. I have a case for my M2Z and it fits well with them on. I would be more concerned about not putting them on properly each time. Leaving them on removes that variable. I do check them before each flight, however.

There is an app called "UAV Forcast" which tells you the wind speeds at various altitudes, and *seems* to be quite accurate.
