They are a very small company, and I really don't think they are planning to steal a lot of pilots from DJI. I gotta say DJI is pretty shrewd, but the GoPro Karma was hardly comparable to the Mavic Pro, more like a Russian design. The EVO has some great features that surpass the Mavic Pro in many ways and it is being advertised on B&H for a sub $1000 price.

This might sound dumb, but I think it would be of more value to show an onscreen map that listed where and when it’s OK to fly ? I will look at my FAA part 107 test notes, but I remember that some areas are Go at some times and no-Go at others, definitely gets a little confusing for sure.

Do you really think DJI customer support Is good? Do you mean the same DJI that makes the Mavic & Phantom?

DJI has an ear to the ground when it comes to their model upgrades, with Autel showing the EVO at CES, a "Mavic Pro" like unit with a 1" Sony sensor, I can't imagine DJI would not try to top that. No real need for another Mavic with a 1/23 sensor. I really hope Autel can bring the EVO to market...

I am curious about what it is like or if it is even possible to fly the Mavic Air indoors. I know some drones with a GPS systems are not recommended for any indoor use. Do the Air's obstacle avoidance sensors make indoor flying easier?

I saw something on this forum a year ago or so about buying third party insurance like Farmers or State Farm. Is that still possible?

I was curious, Could you buy DJI refresh for like new condition MP you buy from a private party? I thought I saw something about being able buy the Refresh plan if you send DJI a video of the MP operating normally?

I know it fits the M Pro, but will it fit the M air?
