The problem is android based smart controller and Mac computer... my only pc is coming back this week from repair hopefully DJI will be able to shed some light on exactly what happened..

Well that’s funny cause DJI has told me it’s not possible,

I’ve got word from Dji that a Mac computer and the smart controller are not compatible.. then again other dji reps just keep sending me the same directions and seem to ignore my problem.. I have one non Mac computer and it’s out for a 4-6 week repair.,

PROBLEM SOLVED. I fly too much.. The problem was too many flight logs. Once I synced jus the last 6 months everything works fine. I ended up deleting the flight record I needed but keeping the records of two flights right after the battery error flight... I guess because I kept trying to...

I have been unable to sync flight records on SC. It would go to 30% and then the DJI GO 4 closes. The internet is working on the controller, but go4 crashes any time I try to look at or sync my flight logs the DJI Go4 app crashes. I also can not update the controller. It says network issues. but...

DJI "repaired" my drone without logs.. after telling me I was getting a new camera on my own drone, they sent me a reman.... never again... It does seem new, but now I have to pay for another NLD activation key and register again with FAA... NO more hot pixels in my camera for now...
