I love it too. It has seen so much f the world with me and it hase proven to be so incredibly reliable. The only thing letting it down a bit is the camera.
I had more than a few doubts if I wanted to upgrade frome my old Pro 1 to an Air 2S. I thought I'd share my thoughts after doing so, shopefully helping some people who are in doubts about the upgrade too.
So. In short: Am I happy I did the upgrade? I guess not. Not really unhappy, but certainly...
I understand where you are coming from, but it was sealed in plastic and besides, it's an air 2s.... It having been used would be nearly impossible.
I emailed the store. I cab pick up a new one on Wednesday. I am really happy they are not sending it in for repair and make me wait.
I picked up my Air 2s last week. For me it's an upgrade from the original Mavic pro. (although I find having to switch form the DJI Go4 app to the DJI Fly app to be a massive downgrade). I used it twice and had the following issues:

I just had my first flights with the air 2s and immediatly noticed something strange flying in normal mode. When hovering and then pushing the right stick forward to make the drone go forward the drone climb about 0.5 m in the first meter of going forward. Is this normal?

I can't believe this info is so hard to fi d. No dng would make it an absolute no go for me
My pro 1 has it, I was I credibly disappointed finding out my pro 2 enterprise does not. It did not even occur to me that it would only generate a lousely stitched jpeg
