In life you always get what you pay for. There are no deals unless something is stolen or at the least it’s a discontinued item. I’d bet you that drone is worth the 80$
Thank you very much. That happened 3 times on that trip and it was a first. I’ll just have to remember to remember to switch it back on right when I get a lock. I hovered in place for over a minute once before it acquired a lock. I’m sure another 10 feet would have fixed that. It was in a canyon...
You would take off without sat. Lock when there is something blocking them. I wouldn’t want to do a whole flight without them but I figure if you go straight up eventually u will get a lock then I’d proceed. I had prob 5 or so cheap quads with no gps before I got a cheap one with it. So I do...
I flew last weekend and took off from a canyon. My drone had trouble getting a satellite connection and would go above 10 feet or so. Is there anyway to over ride that. I’d like to think a few feet higher and it could have acquired more gps signals. I tried sport mode. Is there anything else I...
I’m new to digital video. What do you set it to on a bright day to shoot video and get motion blur? All my auto videos had lines till I got filters and started using manual. On the 360 panos you could see separate tiles distinctly as well.
I fly off sea cliffs and mountain tops a lot. It just gives you a negative reading. It can be scary because u have no idea where “ground” actually is. It’s the worst over the ocean because I wonder if sensors will pick up the water and wave heights change. When flying off a sea cliff I’ve never...
If you shot at that I don’t think there would be any jitter without filters. Problem would be it would be wayyyy overexposed if it was daytime. Sometimes I use an nd64 and there are spots of overexposure.
Make a pre flight checklist. Make sure u set up return to home as default when signal is lost and write on your case “remove gimbal cover.” If you are serious about videos get high stop ND filters for daytime.
If you shoot during the day get Nd 32 and Nd 64 filters. When using auto I had lines in my videos. PolarPro limited collection pack is prob your best bet. It has 4 filters. ND32 and 64 both regular and polarized. If you shoot on cloudy days or closer to dark times might wanna research others...
I’ll remember that. But whenever I grab the thing I can feel it pulling against me and I’m worried about stressing the motors. But better than losing. When I have hand landed I usually let it sense my hand and then keep pressing down and it will come down.
