I had the same problem with the batteries for my Air 2S. After two weeks of frustration, I happened to notice that my charger was set to 60%. Make sure it isn't this simple!

I had a similar issue with my Aloft program. I think I found the problem's answer. I had the program on my Iphone and also on my Ipad Mini 5 that I use with my Controller. When I closed the program on both and restarted it on only one, it seems to work again.

I had similar problems, but after seeing a discussion on this site, I began taking the drone to 20 feet or a little more and pausing for a short while. Haven't had a problem since.

You might look in to the Liability insurance that AMA includes in their membership. I guess you should look in to whether it's usable with Commercial uses.
