Whole process takes approx 10-15 min no Mavic 3 connection needed until process finished then you connect Mavic 3 to your remote to confirm FCC mode active in Transmission settings.

No it's easy to miss the difference, check where the 1km is shown, in FCC mode it rises above the line, in CE it is on the line

Sincoder did mine too - amazing. 40$, worked on the DJI RC, permanent as long as you don’t update the RC. After update he will do a reinstall.
