3 Led on Remote control flashes fast

When I charge my remote controller, 3 LEDs blink , not the fourth.
Earlier when I charge, then the LEDs flash slowly until all 4 are lit = fully charged.
But now only 3 flashes
what does it mean ?

what does it mean ?

It probably means the remote controller is about 75% charged. Keep charging it.

leave it for a while and eventually the 4th one should start to flash as well it takes a while be patient
and dont forget its not fully charged till all 4 lights are on solid
