360 video on top of drone

Hi all,

Not sure if it's off topic as it's not a Mavic, but before I owned a Mavic, I owned a Phantom. One day I stuck a 360 camera on it before I went flying. Here's what came out of it - I thought some might be interested ... you can drag the view around if you play the video in the youtube viewer.

I have a custom mount on the bottom of my q500 just for this, but i haven't managed to get decent quality out of the 360 yet. Like yours(no offense) it's so far below even 720p quality it's only cool the first time and only if you put on the VR headset and even then I find the mavic pano shots more fun in vr. That said I will continue to try to get better videos. If you figure out how to get more definition let me know

I know exactly what you mean (no offense taken ) ... I keep playing with the idea. Likewise if you find out how to up quality, please let me know.

I love when tech reuses terms. That's a 360 rotatable camera not a 360 vr pano camera. Nice camera and quality though.
