I'm a newbie having no drone flying experience, I am seeking feedback concerning pilots with flying experience using 5.8 GHz Titan Switch Antenna for (Mavic 2).

I will be receiving my Mavic 2 Pro with all accessories tomorrow (Oct 3rd) and will be sending my controller out for an antenna mortification based on your feedback.

Thank you for your help.

Sincere regards,
Steve

Here is what I did to modify the R/C - unless you what to do it yourself. Believe me - you don't, but you can watch the YouTube videos if you want to try it yourself.

Why? We've seen it can fly over 30,000 feet. Seems like a waste of time and money

Hi Drone Guy,
You raise a good point , I understand the real limiting factor in distance has to due with the battery, I will never fly beyond the line of site, I am just looking for the best reception and more connection reliability.
5.8 will limit the Wi-Fi traffic interference in my area.

Thank you, are you referring to the Atlas 5.8 Antenna System?
