To keep it quick I recently purchased a MP a couple of weeks ago and had a minor SD card issue, stopping recording and not recognizing it. Needless to say the manager, her name escapes me but she manages the Montgomery store did a full exchange for me today. This is huge I have NO PROBLEM spending whatever on a product as long as the company supports it, I HIGHLY ADVICE purchasing and staying loyal. Amazing products an staff, shout out to Ken as well at the store, and David these are invaluable assets to the company I hope DJI realizes this. Thanks again guys
