About to unbox my first M2P with SC

Hi guys, any tips or advice what steps to follow from unboxing to first flight.

Any useful YouTube videos to guide me through setup and firmware updates?

I had a Dji Phantom 3 long time ago which flew away after about two weeks.

I really want to do this right from the start.

I live in Cape Town South Africa.

Hi...there should be a gazillion on Youtube.
While this is for the MP1, there will be more similarities than differences to the M2P

Download the full manual from DJI. Read and understand it. Fly beginner mode until you are comfortable, then start cautiously.
Most important: learn where the “pause” button is and remember it is your friend if things seem to be going other than as desired/
planned.

I 100% agreed with Thomas B
And remember do not try to be hero
Most mistakes happens when people thinking they now everything
As the beginner remember
Fly only in GPS mode and make sure home point was recorded
Do not ignore any warnings and follow manual instructions

My first tip before the motors are even turned on is to get Refresh or other hull insurance.
