accelerometer data error

Hi

Since my previous post about my unviability to configure the IMU and after have try inside, outside and various attempts to configure it.... I',m steel getting the error to calibrate the IMU.
The Mavic 2 is brand new. I have a SC, I updated with the assistant 2 the firmware that (previosly was the same version), I've calibrated the sensors try again the IMU calibration but..... the error remains.
I saw that in the settings for the sensors at the dji go 4, the Accelereometer has "Data ERrror" has the attached image shows!
The IMU light is green.

So, what can I additionly do?
Before I flew with the IMU error... is that a problem?

Need help, please.

It looks like the IMU(0) accelerometer package has failed or is not connected. That's a hardware issue that you will not be able to fix. Warranty replacement.

Agree! Time to contact DJI for a replacement.

When you tried the IMU calibration, was it stuck asking you to change positions or did it indicate an error? I don't know if it was fixed but in the past the step by step showed the wrong position for two of the steps.

It does look like hardware error though.
