Nice find - I am currently developing a similar system based on Livox LiDAR sensors to provide navigaton aid with low or no GNSS signals with an M100.
But that is not ready for production use ...

I'd think there is a market for this. Even on a Prosumer/Consumer level.
That surely is an area where also DJI could come up with solu too.
Whatever the system is based on.
