Will not connect to the mobile device. I live in NW Fla and the MM2 flew flawlessly in ILL but when I got home……trouble Started. I can fly OK without the mobile device(Samsung phone) but it stopped connecting to the remote. Also…. I tried using my iPad and still no connection to the RC. Same message. Changed cables, no help. TIA any help greatly appreciated.

Allow me to tag along, please. That happens to me now and then.

As I understand it there is no connection with either screen-device, IOS and Android, and, obviously, their differing cables.
You say you have tried other cables, by this do you mean in addition to the two cables that you must have used to connect the differing types of screen device?
Assuming you did not connect one cable to another, the first common point between the two situations would seem to be the controller to phone socket on the controller, have you had a look in that to see if there is any fluff etc. in there?
Do you normally leave the controller to screen device cable attached to the controller? Do you switch IOS and Android screen devices frequently? I am just wondering if it is possible you could have damaged the socket whilst plugging in a cable.
Did the controller get wet at all?
Do you have a USB to female-USB-C extension cable that would allow you to connect either screen device to a computer VIA the original cables? If so can the computer talk to and charge those screen devices?

Thank you so much for rattling this old farts brain…… ashamed to admit the problem but I was using the wrong port on the remote. LITTLE WONDER BOTH the iPad And the Samsung showed exactly the same error message. It’s hell getting old ??‍♂️???‍♂️

Glad you got it sorted, even if you ended up kicking yourself. Trainers hurt less than leather shoes!

Glad you got the problem worked out. Another thing that can cause issues is if you want to use the secondary port on the controller you have to remember to disconnect the primary cable.
