R405B is surface to 1000 so without authorisation you can’t fly there at all

I don’t understand your hand drawn diagram. is this what you were getting approved?

This is not my drawing. This is the client's (SHT) regulation which I have to follow even it contradicts with the CASA 400ft AGL regulation.

You know that it isn’t the client that gives you authority to fly in areas that require approval. Only CASA can give approval for that. I am assuming you are the PIC. Do you hold a ReOC or just RePL. Or perhaps nothing?

At that location, apart from being a Restricted Zone, Controlled airspace does start at 500ft amsl. Maybe this is where you are getting confused
