I am an avid astrophotographer, and I love to photograph celestial objects in the night (and day - Sun) sky. On nights when the weather isn't great for telescopes, I will occasionally fly my Air 3 up to get a look around. Last night, just after sunset, I captured a 180° panorama that included Jupiter and comet P12/Pons-Brooks. Here is a crop of the panorama... not quite my usual quality, but I had to boost the exposure to capture some of the comet's tail.PANO_0001-Pano-Edit-Edit-2-Edit.jpg

Good stuff. Thanks for posting. When I saw the message title, my first though was, "Yeah, right." I'm amazed that the comet's tail shows up so well.

What sort of hardware did you use for the detailed comet photo?
