Except the 1/1.3 sensor, it will be a major improvement over the previous model. Funny how the Mavic 3 line and even the Pro now look bulky and outdated in just a matter of weeks.

Yeah I'm sure of that. But it's very annoying that they are not releasing or at least announcing the drones at the same time.

If I compare with the smartphone industry, there is no surprise, you know in advance each models the brands are going to release so you can make the right choice accordingly without regretting anything.

Until official specs are out we can only speculate.
I can't see how DJI would use a smaller, old sensor when the object of an upgrade is to improve but time will tell.

We don't know it's the same sensor in the Mini 3... it may be the next generation, producing superior results at the same size.

What does O4 do for me over O3+? Fly farther BVLOS?

Kinda like Porsche increasing the top speed of the Cayenne from 165 to 180mph.
