Living in the tropics, I can completely understand the dangers of falling coconuts. However, I know some deaths result from workers who fall while climbing coconut or mango trees. In my case, I believe that I have a higher probability of death riding my motorcycle than death by coconut. ?

I think that was probably a reference to restricted (Special Use or equivalent) or closed (TFR) airspace, not controlled airspace.
