Alienware m51 for 4 k editing

I’m thinking about building an Alienware m51 for 4 k editing on the go because I travel a lot. I just want to get some advice on the processor. The following is what I’m thinking about equipping it with and I need to know from you guys if it should be sufficient.

9 th gen Intel Core i7-9700 (8 core, 12mb cache, up to4.9ghz w/ Turboboost

Nvidia geforce RTX 2080 8 go gddr6

32 gb, 2x16 go DDr4, 2400 MHz Ram

I just don’t want to overbuild and waste money. This is a 3800 $ build as it is. Get want some advice, thanks guys

So I pulled the trigger on a Alienware Area 51 with the i7 and 32 gigs of ram with the nivida rtx 2070, it should do the trick plus it’s the only laptop that’s upgradeable
