Altitude Limitation in FAA zone Wonky

It sounds like your local network or computer is potentially blocking access to this resource:

You should be able to see what's failing if you open the dev tools in your web browser of choice.
I have no idea how to open dev tools or what i would do if I could. I have used phantomhelp successfully in the past but for now at least it seems to not be working for me. Maybe it's a Mac issue. In any case I appreciate knowing the drone is setting that max height on it's own in spite of my settings. That's huge. Why it is doing so...impossible to tell. I'm discussing it with DJI and we'll see if it involves a return/repair but I won't do that if it goes back to China as things from Alaska have done in the past.

I have a final resolution after a very long session on DJI Chat Support - easily two hours. It was my third chat and I won't bore you with the details as we explored a lot of things but what it was...was the fact that I had received and had in place n Aircraft Unlocking license left over from when DJI required unlocking licenses. It was still in effect. You see those when you go to Profile/Settings/Unlock GeoZone on your controller. There is a blue slider that was still turned on. After turning that off I was able to fly above 151 feet with my Mav 3 Pro and over 200feet with my Mini 4 Pro. There was no such setting in place for my Mavic 3 or my Avata 2 or my other DJI drones. Thanks for all your help, particularly msinger who's program allowed me to definitely show DJI support that it was something happening on their end and not, as one support chat person suggested, something the FAA was doing. :)
