Amazon and DJI

I apologize if this has been asked before.

When shopping on Amazon I see where some are listed as " official DJI reseller ".. while other are not. My question is in regards to the DJI care purchase. How does one purchase the care refresh when buying off Amazon? Does the selling company need to be on the authorized list from DJI?

You can purchase DJI Care Refresh here in the DJI Store:

• DJI Care Refresh for Mavic Pro
• DJI Care Refresh for Mavic Air

DJI only requires the aircraft serial number to purchase DJI Care Refresh. They will allow you to purchase DJI Care Refresh even if you don't buy your Mavic from an authorized DJI dealer. However, they might not honor the DJI warranty.

You'll need to buy DJI Care Refresh within 48 hours of activating your Mavic in DJI GO. If you wait longer than that, you'll need to make a video to show your Mavic is in working order (as described here).

DJI have also a seller account in Amazon. I bought a Mavic Pro battery from Amazon and it came directly from DJI.

I tend to look at the DJI store and official resellers. I would buy a refurbished Mavic if DJI actually had any in stock .
