Amazon for MP2?

Hi,

Has anyone had any experience with Amazon returns with a drone?

I had a chat with them on text and they said if I’m not happy with it even up to 12 months I can return it for a full refund.

This surely isn’t right is it?

That doesn't sound right. Amazon only takes returns within 30 days of the purchase.

Maybe they will have to honour their word as it would have been logged.

I wouldn't count on that. The online chat is likely not legally able to override their official policies.

Hopefully I won’t need to find out. It would be interesting for some members to share their Amazon returns experiences.
30 days is better than DJI direct anyway, which is strange
