Angular Visibility of Strobes

Does anyone here have information on the brightness (visibility) of cree strobes given increasing angles of incidence.
Ie, looking straight at the led would be 0°, looking at it from the side would be 90°.
0° would be the brightest and at 90° probably not visible due to the mounting clip design (or, perhaps, minimal if velcro is used).
What would your guesstimate be for 15°, 30°, 45°, 60° and 75° given 100% @ 0° and 0% @ 90° assuming the same distance, ambient lighting and other variables for each angle.

Are you asking for a number of lumens or relative brightness?

I see very little change from 0 out to 75-80 on the Firehouse ARC2 (4 LED) system and the decrease from 75 to 90 is due to partial obstructions by the mounts, but it is still visible and blinding...

Thank you. That's what I wanted to know. I'm considering different mourning options and was wondering about the angular visibility. Besides the common mounts that clip to the arms and face one way, I've found some that clip to arms and face front and back; some that mount on the legs below the motors and face outward; some on legs facing forward and backward; one that screws onto the PGYTech top clip and faces front, back, left and right.
I'm leaning toward the last one with red and green leds on the appropriate sides and white front and back.

I checked the reviews at your link and am now a little confused. I understand that the gps antenna is at the rear of the Mavic by the DJI logo so how would the clip affect the signal?
Something else for me to look into.
