I decided to come back and say that I am sorry that I don't live in Miami and am not a world traveler, to be able to to travel 2 miles from home and back with a video from 200 feet in the air that I will never otherwise experience is a triumph for me, legal or not. I see the zzzzzz's but for me the movie of the week.

Yeah, it's long, but that is easily handled. I like the subject matter, but since the subject is the area flown across, I would rotate the gimbal so the sky fills only the top 25% of the shot. It would still allow the interesting horizon to show but would add a lot of the ground (your subject) to show. It would also help with the exposure (lighten up the details on the ground).
