Greetings, all!
Yet another new Mavic pilot here. Just got my Mavic Air 2 a few days back, and took it up for its maiden flight just yesterday. It was rather cold and windy here in Minnesota and my hands were starting to get numb just after 10 minutes, so that's how long the flight lasted. Despite the short duration, I was able to test out some of the MA2's image and video capabilities in their default settings, and being an amateur photographer, I must say the results were more than satisfying.
The MA2 isn't my first quad--I've been flying a Holy Stone HS720E for a number of months now and have gotten very familiar with its features and capabilities. But obviously it doesn't hold a candle to the MA2. Prior to that I was flying R/C for nearly four decades, but had to stop some years ago when we lost our field due to urban encroachment.
Thanks for this introduction opportunity, and I look forward to learning more about my MA2 from the veterans on this forum.
