For those of you that have been beating their heads against the wall trying to find an answer to why the Mavic Air does not show up when plugged into windows computers, try this:
1. Connect Mavic Air to your computer powered on.
2. Open device manager, open Ports (COM & LPT).
3. You will see two COM devices instead of one as usually when you connect Mavic Air They will have name "USB Serial Device (COM#)" instead of # you will have number of COM device.
4. Right click on both and click Uninstall and tick also option Delete driver if it will be available.
5. Mavic's Air mass storage should be detected right away or replug usb cable if not.
