My question is this...if a drone is registered with the FAA is it not a federal offense to shoot down an aircraft???

I'm just glad he didn't shoot the Mavic. Is it just me or was he so close when he fired that he actually hit the Phantom with the wadding? Honestly from that range it couldn't have acted as advertised as the net wouldn't have had time to open.
