I'm not sure what you mean by 'only Americans.' There are many fine UAS operators that frequent this forum from all over the globe (and the galaxy, sometimes)."I don't think there is an Antigravity Mavic A1 UAS available."
Is this forum only for Americans ? Many of us are not American !
The Antigravity is not a Mavic A1.
Parrot maintains a presence in the US with "Prosumer" drones
The ANAFI drone, while geared towards professionals, sits on the edge of high-end recreational drones (what's known as the prosumer market).
The ANAFI Ai and the ANAFI USA: These models are still sold in the United States. If an American individual has the budget (expect to pay between $2,500 and $7,000 depending on the version), they can certainly purchase a Parrot drone.
Local manufacturing: To appeal to the American market and circumvent concerns related to China, Parrot even has some of its drones (notably the ANAFI USA) manufactured directly in the United States, in Massachusetts.
In short: Why is Parrot the ideal "partner"?
Even though they no longer sell small drones for €300 at Fnac or Best Buy, they are extremely active in the US market because:
They are "Blue UAS" certified: This is the Pentagon's (US Department of Defense) trusted label.
They comply with the NDAA: Their components do not come from China, which is the number one selling point for American customers today.
Concerning the subforum, I understand that there will not be a subforum on Antigravity.
I will write my findings on my own website, for a reminder. For me and perhaps for others.
I think my point was, this is a place for Mavic Pilots. Whatever type of thing you brought up, wasn't a Mavic of any sort, and asking for a sub-forum for it, was dumb.
