Anyone ever buy from a company known as camrise?

I have a hard to find drone part I need in a shopping cart and before I purchase it! Has anyone here ever purchased anything from a company called camrise? They have a lot of drone parts listed for sale but the description of the part and the photo seems a little strange the reviews are ok about them but I can’t tell if they are legitimate reviews or they paid to have the reviews generated? It’s a $400 part a little high but I’m tired of waiting for what I need to show up on eBay thanks

Camrise is an authorized DJI dealer, so they should only be selling OEM DJI parts. If you have any doubts, post a link here and we'll take a look.

They sold me non DJI parts at official DJI prices! Then accused me of fraud when I asked for a return. This company needs to fire Mickey!

I bought a DJI Osmo Pocket from them via Amazon. It came with a free 32gb micro sd card and a micro sd card reader. Got the camera in and it was non functional. Requested an RMA and returned the item to them via USPS Priority Mail. Tracking showed they received the item on a Monday. By Wednesday afternoon I still had not heard anything from them. Emailed them about my refund and they said they had received the package on Monday but the only thing in the package were the free items and the camera was not in the box. They even told me that the box was still sealed as I had sealed it. Then they accused me of trying to scam them by not putting the camera in the box and claiming that I did. I called Amazon and they refunded my money and have sent this issue to their investigations team.
