Slowly working out the kinks, even have a shade in the works for the prop induced flicker. The lens flare is nasty on this bird. Any ideas as to a working fix? More than the phantom series, rears its head anything close to direct sun. Possibly the arc of the lens front.......

Best way to get rid of flare is fly away from the sun or hide the hardest light by something in the shot. Can also try yawing to change the angle on how the sun hits the sensor. No other way to prevent sun flare. Prop induced flicker can definitely be reduced/negated with a lens hood but we careful it's not too heavy as this can overload the gimbal motors.

This seems like a dead link after looking at other posts but has anyone ever figured out how to mask the senor for this chip with flat optics?
You can't always avoid flying into the sun and putting a cheap plastic cover over the optics of this great sensor totally defeats the 4k camera.
