Hey guys,
We are still on for Saturday at noon or so. Weather forecast is for cloudy with 40% of rain in the afternoon. Wind between 5 and 10 mph. I think we can get some flying done. Probably not the prettiest vids but you never know.
we should be done by 2pm I suppose so rain should not be a factor

Great.
Just checked the weather. It appears we are going to have a two hour window of pearly cloudy, 67F and 5MPH wind. Rain supposed to start after 2pm.

You should have. We had a good time and the wind was actually very manageable.
We flew two mavics and one Inspire.
Hope to see you next month, we decided to have another mini meet

I'm in downtown Phoenix. Just received my Mavic last week and I'm loving it. Flown it a few times up off I-17 and Crown King exit. Will definitely make the meet up this month.

Just got my MP yesterday and did several test flights around my yard, it's an amazingly stable bird. I'm looking for ideas of where to fly in the Scottsdale / Fountain Hills area? I'm planning on some early flights off of the Beeline Hwy just north of the casino, anyone else located around here?
