Need more information.
1. What new phone model have you upgraded to, and from what model did you upgrade?
2. From where are you getting the Fly app?

So, it's Android and you have downloaded the latest Fly version from DJI.
Your new phone, for whatever reason, may not be compatible with the newest Fly version. What Android version is your newest phone on?
I assume the Fly app on your older phone still works?
Do you still have it?
Any way to copy the version of the Fly app on your older phone to the new phone to see if that works? On iPhones, when upgrading, it copies the version on the prior device, rather than forcing you into downloading a newer version.

Also, what drone?
Have you also updated the FW on the drone to the latest FW?
The older FW on the drone may not compatible with the newest Fly version.

Check the steps above that I edited before your reply.
It most likely is the Android version on the new phone, if it is not yet supported.

Isn’t there a developer option or similar that you have to allow on Android. I’ve been on Apple devices for so long but I remember when I was using Samsung the was a box to tick/untick.

From AI...

To check if an Android phone's OS is 32-bit or 64-bit, install a system information app like CPU-Z or AIDA64 from the Google Play Store, then go to the System or CPU tab within the app and look for the "Kernel Architecture". If it says 64, the device has a 64-bit OS; if it says 32 or similar, it's a 32-bit OS.

oppo reno10 5g to a oppo reno 13 5 g

from the dji web site

I found this information about your phone with the help of AI...

"The OPPO Reno runs a 64-bit operating system (or can run one) because its chipset is 64-bit capable, though the initial launch software might have had 32-bit support.

To confirm this on your specific device, go to Settings > About phone and look for the kernel version to see if "64" is mentioned."

If the phone is 32 bit then the app probably won't load.

Looks like you phone is 64 or can be upgraded to 64 according to AI. 🤔

AI's garbage as usual. It's a brand new phone, it'll be 64-bit. No decent smartphone from the past half decade or more is 32bit.

it keeps coming up saying it is incompatible.
What message exactly? Post screenshot. Common one with DJI apps is "app was designed for an older version" has a little arrow to expand that reveals an "install anyway".
