I just checked Adorama and when isolating on DJI I saw a lot more offers available than in November and December. And none on "back-order"

so I went to Ebay, which is where I bought my Mavic 4 creator combo, isolated to offers just in the USA and found a lot more than at the end of last year. A lot more and some for less than the $3500 I paid. There are a lot of offers, in USA, for the Mini 5 Pro combos too

just a quick search of Amazon shows the same trend, with a lot of the offers being fulfilled by Amazon

am I just imagining things? or has the 'clarity' of the situation after Dec 23rd generated more supply in the USA?

I think it took awhile for many to realize there really wasn't a blanket super tariff on DJI drones coming into the US. If you recall, so many people were paralyzed with the thought they would have to pay double or even triple for a DJI if it didn't get stopped in customs. Even the eBay website had growing pains and seller had to go to the length of adding "NO TARIFFS" to their product heading just to spur sales. I guess tariffs are still alive but buyers don't seem to be paying them if you buy from B&H, Adorama, Amazon, eBay. Perhaps they are built in to the price but that's hardly the case when prices are so close to MSRP. Honestly, I think some of those higher prices were taking advantage of buyers.

Once you get over that hurdle, looks like Best Buy and DJI are the only channels that have actually pulled out. Amazon has too but so many buyers can't tell the the difference with a 3rd party seller, it becomes largely irrelevant. Still, our newest channel, eBay sellers in South Korea and Japan have more than enough stepped up to fill the void and I wouldn't be surprised if most of those were defacto DJI resellers with direct supplies, direct contact, and pricing with DJI to keep them going. I don't have these facts but I'm almost positive every one of the "US sellers" who seem to have endless supplies of DJI drones are sustained by eBay sellers unless they too have managed to strike a deal with DJI or a nearby retailer in Canada/Mexico. I've sold a few "new" drones myself but not nearly enough to start a small business.

Also DJI in NYC otherwise known as Camrise, has now begun to offer the latest models and unlike the early days where you needed to visit to store to make a purchase, they will ship....no sales tax and a 1-year service plan. But like anything else, this could all change...in an instant. Please let's get Avata 360 and Lito at MSRP out of the way before that happens, c'mon DJI.
