Yes, indeed! These are beautiful pics! which I believe are textbook examples of how to use ND filters to take long exposure shots in bright sun to capture motion in "cinematic" blur. I was going to guess ND 32 or 64 so my confidence is growing. Not sure if you can reproduce cinematic blur in post production better than with ND filter or at all....that is something inquiring minds would want to know
