Atlas Test

Sorry I don't do long range test as I didn't purchase for that reason.I bought the system to be more reliable and safe without losing my toy.I bought the mobile kit in case I would like to fly some place in the comfort of my heated vehickle,it gets cold here on the northeast coast, lol

What worries me is reading through the forums is Titans battery design. I few have had issues with there batteries. I would love to see a smart battery with low voltage warnings and autoumatic shut off when charged.

Titan Power or Titan Drone Batteries?

I haven’t heard of anyone having issue with Titan Drones Antenna Batteries?

I will say this, regardless of what that display says, mine drops from 100% to 65% super fast... but then it just sits around 60%. I don’t see a time where it dropped below that?

We need to get back on topic before we lose this important thread.

Atlas is a great solution for many. It would be nice to see some fact based results!

Agreed, some possible trolling has sent this thread sideways.

I flew my atlas for the first time Saturday and had a very noticeable increase in signal strength.

In an area that has large trees I was getting out at least 30% farther before I was seeing the usual start of signal drop.

Hey guys, finally got to test my new atlas system and boy is it great.Flying from my house I could go out about 2500 ft before I would start losing signal at 200 ft high.Due to tall trees, wifi interference etc.Same flight with Atlas I flew at 125 ft and over 5000 ft before signal would pop in and out, this is a great improvement.I also got the mobile suction cup mount they just got in this week that allows you to mount ant on windsheild or roof.I can't say enough about James at Titan,he is the greatest and answered all my questions about this system.Again, what a great product they have.

Did you do your own mod or did you have them do it? If they did it... how long were you without the controller?

I bought controller from them and they modded and shipped,if you send yours to them they can probably mod and return in a week

The positive comments on this thread don’t sound so objective to me. Anyone else feel the same way?

I think I might just quit posting on this site,a few always trying to dispute things,oh well

I certainly take the majority of things I read on the internet with a grain/pound of salt.

But I'm truly not sure what you're talking about, I'm sure it's just me. Would you please elaborate and enlighten me?

Well at least you, me and RickW own one of these devices.

I agree all reviews and comments are objective. By nature of a million different scenarios.

For example I can’t just do what CyberNate says and flying 10 Miles. He has terrain, his setups etc.

These are more like testimonials.
