Authorization zone..cant unlock

Hi,

So I didn't have an issue with this last Sunday.trying to unlock a zone,which I have flown before.
The issue is I can not use my phone or my Samsung tablet to unlock..please don't tell me now I'm expected to carry a laptop around everywhere I visit,?

OK...think I worked it out...i selected an area,in the same zone on the map about 2 millimetres away from location..lol..and it showed the time stamp for me to complete the request..strange one...dji really do need to add this to the app for ease of use,and if they have can somebody point me to where it is as I can not see.
