Authorization Zone

Is there a way to get authorize a zone once your in the air? I sometimes fly on a border between two zones. So if I authorize one zone before take off and enter the second while flying I have to turn back?

If it's someplace you fly frequently, you can get a long term custom unlock.

I fly monthly progression photos on a site that straddles two zones. I applied for a custom unlock wide enough to cover both. This isn't for a self unlock though, it's for a restricted zone. But it may work for that as well.
