Auto discharge remote controller battery

So I'm wondering if any of you guys can help me

I find that after I have not used the remote after about 2 weeks, the battery charge goes down to almost nothing.

I put it away fully charged, and when I come back about 2 weeks later it is almost totally discharged

Is this normal is this supposed to work like this.

Anyway I can change the setting

That's not normal. The RC battery is not a high-capacity, high-current battery, and doesn't need a self-discharge mechanism to protect it from being stored fully charged. It should not discharge like that when not in use, and there is no setting to change.

I lose maybe 1-2% charge daily. The battery otherwise functions normally so I haven't bothered with it.

Not in two weeks. And it does not have an auto-discharge function. Or at least mine don't - I guess it's possible that one has been added to later units.

Mine lost about 2% capacity everyday

Mine only lost about 3% after over a week of no use. Sounds like you have some thing wrong with your RC.

My other LIPO batteries for heli can hold capacity over years without lose any %.
