Hi Guys
Last night I was trying to take some downward aerial shots with my Mavic but it kept getting blown off course in the wind.
I attempted to correct it but it must have been way too windy outside so I decided to call it a day as I didnt want to lose my drone.
Is there a way to make the Mavic auto hold its position in wind so its stable (Enough) still.

Thanks in advance for your response.

It all depends on the wind speed. If it is too high the Mavic will drift. Also keep in mind that the wind at altitude can be a lot stronger than at ground level.

The Mavic will always hold its position automatically as long as it's not in ATTI mode. There's nothing you can do if the wind is too strong for it to hold its position. Try flying again when it's not so windy.

And ensure you have GPS fix and home position set prior to take-off, as the optical sensors don't work at night.
