Given the MP automobile charger's voltage threshold (won't charge when the car DC voltage drops below some threshold), I've ordered this DC-DC converter which will output a constant 13.8V. Rated to 15A which is far over what I need. Sole issue is whether the quality is any good. I've bought "cheap" from China before and gotten what I paid for...
