The DJI Air 3 battery charging hub makes it possible to transfer the remaining power of 2 batteries to the third battery with the most remaining power, enabling you to fly even longer when in the field.

With this device it's possible to do the same with batteries from other drones like the Phantom 3 & 4 series, Mavic Air (2/2s), Mavic Pro (2/3) & FPV.
It's even possible to charge the batteries to 60% for storage.

A 1s (1 cell) Lipo battery is fully charged at 4.4V and 60% charged at 4.0V

You can buy a standars box:

or 3d print one:

For the box you need:
4 pcs M3 x OD4.2 x H5.0 Heat Set Insert Nuts
4 pcs M3x10 countersink screws

The device used is an adjustable DC-DC Buck Boost Converter:

You need 2pcs 5.5x2.5mm female DC sockets:

and

2 cables suitable for your batteries:
Phantom 4, Mavic Pro, Mavic 2, Mavic Air 2 2s, FPV:
Mavic 3:
FPV:

It's also possible to charge your DJI batteries from a (standard) Lipo battery with an XT60 connector (print the box with additional XT60 socket hole).
(or any DC power supply with a voltage between 1 & 36 Volts, like a car battery).

XT60 Socket:

You can download the 3d-printable box at:
