Government chooses what law to enforce when it suits them. There are too many government officials causing too many problems. Where is a law to stop this! They don't even have a tax budget in my town but they still collect taxes!

I’ve recently come across the same situation at my local park (also in Allegheny County) but was able to find an AMA field where they actually let you fly. All other areas of the park are restricted. There could be one near you as well, it’s worth looking into. You have to pay for a yearly membership but if you go often enough it’s worth it.
