Batteries - Balanced Charging

My flying past included model aircraft some of which were electric. When I charged my Lipo batteries I used a balanced charger to make sure that each cell was at it's maximum capacity. Does the Mavic Air charger achieve the same results ?

The ”intelligent” batteries provide their own balancing, apparently. One gentleman actually dissected a battery, but here’s a pretty good explanation from our fellow forum members: Mavic Air Batteries
