Battery charging issue

So I'm trying to charge my batteries. The lights come on for charging but then they go back down like a discharge cycle. Normally when it gets to the 4th light they go off and then back up to the top mine go back down 1 by 1 if that makes sense. I've tried uploading a video but it keeps telling me the file is to big. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
