after flight when I not plane fly for next some days is better to charge to 100% and wait for automatic discharge or to 65-70% ? (Before new flight at future I ofcourse charge to 100%)

It's best to do whatever you have to do to keep the charge level in this range:



So, if the 2nd battery light is not illuminating after flying, then you should charge the battery until the 3rd light starts blinking.

yes this I do. but the dji authorized seller today tell me that is better after each flight charge to 100% and balance each battery cell. and then let automatic discharge after 10 days

I don't think that's good advice. You'll just end up wasting a lot of time charging batteries.
