Battery dead?

Hi everybody.
Bought a extra battery for my drone and got this today. When pushing the button, there is nothing happening. If I connects the charger, still no light whatsoever. Is this dead, or are there some trick to get the party started?

Had one battery replaced due to problems with one cell. Sport mode, and both sticks forward(Probably to cowboy-ish). Got the overcurrent during discharge-warning and much of my trip was orange (Phantomhelp flight log viewer.) Maybe sar104 could have a opinion?

It’s in sleep mode, have to wake it up. Just google it, can’t remember the sequence. Should be also in the battery instruction book

Just putting it on charge should wake it up. It may take a minute if that's all it is.

Thanks for answering.
I’ve tried to wake up from deep sleep, but nothing happens. I have also charged the battery for 4hours without any sign of life. Beginning to believe that this battery is doa.
